Sehaty Ghair is a women’s health and OB-GYN clinic based in Saudi Arabia. The clinic offers specialized services in gynecology and obstetrics with a mission to provide trusted and professional healthcare to women in the Kingdom. We were brought in to build their digital presence and activate their social media strategy to increase awareness and drive patient bookings.

No paid advertising was used throughout this project. Instead, we implemented a fully organic strategy that focused on:

  • A comprehensive social media marketing plan
  • Community management (responding to messages and inquiries)
  • Regular posting of visual and educational content (designs + videos)
  • Optimizing and enhancing the Google My Business profile for local discovery

-OUR RESULTS –

The campaign successfully increased organic visibility and online engagement, attracting and converting audience interest into consistent monthly patient bookings. Credibility and awareness grew without the use of any digital ad spend, while interaction across platforms such as Instagram and Google remained steady. Additionally, the Google Business Profile achieved higher rankings and improved visibility in local search results.
