At Marsad Group LTD, we provide professional marketing and digital marketing services that are based on time, expertise, planning, and execution. By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy, along with our Terms & Conditions.


1. Nature of Our Services

All services provided by Marsad Group LTD are digital, time-based, and customized services, including but not limited to:

  • Digital marketing services

  • SEO & website optimization

  • Social media management

  • Paid advertising management

  • Content creation & strategy

  • Marketing consultation & planning

  • Marketing automation & CRM setup

Because these services involve strategic planning, labor, and intellectual effort, they are considered non-tangible and non-returnable once work has begun.


2. Refund Policy

2.1 No Refund After Service Start

Once a service has started, no refunds will be issued, whether partially or fully, including but not limited to:

  • Strategy development

  • Account setup

  • Research & analysis

  • Content creation

  • Campaign execution

  • Consultation sessions

This applies even if results are not immediate, as marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond full control.


2.2 Refund Before Service Start

If a payment is made and the service has not yet started, the client may request a refund within 48 hours of payment, provided that:

  • No work has been initiated

  • No strategy, research, or setup has begun

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days, after deducting any transaction or processing fees.


2.3 Monthly & Recurring Services

For monthly or recurring services:

  • Payments are non-refundable once the billing period starts

  • If the client decides to stop the service, it will apply to the next billing cycle only


3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Client Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance.

  • If cancellation occurs after a new billing cycle has started, the client is responsible for payment of that cycle.

  • Services will continue during the notice period unless otherwise agreed.


3.2 Agency Right to Terminate

Marsad Group LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases including but not limited to:

  • Breach of contract

  • Non-payment or delayed payment

  • Misuse of services

  • Unethical or illegal activities

  • Lack of client cooperation or required access

In such cases, no refunds will be issued for completed or ongoing work.


4. No Guaranteed Results

Marketing and digital marketing results are influenced by:

  • Market conditions

  • Competition

  • Platform algorithms

  • Client industry and budget

  • Client cooperation and approvals

Therefore:

  • We do not guarantee specific sales, rankings, or revenue

  • Refunds will not be issued based on performance expectations


5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting Marsad Group LTD first.

Unauthorized chargebacks after service delivery may result in:

  • Immediate service termination

  • Legal action if necessary

  • Permanent account restriction


6. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any service provided by Marsad Group LTD, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to:
