This Delivery Policy explains how Marsad Group LTD delivers its marketing and digital marketing services. By purchasing any service, you agree to this Delivery Policy, along with our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.


1. Nature of Delivery

Marsad Group LTD provides digital and service-based deliverables, not physical products. Delivery may include, but is not limited to:

  • Digital reports and analytics

  • Marketing strategies and plans

  • Content (text, visuals, videos)

  • Advertising campaign setup and management

  • SEO implementations and reports

  • Consultations (online meetings or calls)

  • Access to tools, dashboards, or platforms


2. Delivery Method

All services are delivered digitally through one or more of the following:

  • Email

  • Online meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.)

  • Client dashboards or shared tools

  • Cloud storage (Google Drive or similar platforms)

  • Advertising and analytics platforms accessed with client permission

No physical shipment or courier delivery is involved.


3. Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery timelines are defined in the service agreement, proposal, or invoice.

  • Some services are delivered continuously (monthly or ongoing services).

  • Marketing results and progress may take time and are not immediate.

Timelines may be affected by:

  • Client delays in approvals or feedback

  • Late access to accounts or platforms

  • Platform changes or external technical issues

Marsad Group LTD is not responsible for delays caused by the client or third parties.


4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure proper delivery, the client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information and required access on time

  • Respond to approvals and feedback within a reasonable timeframe

  • Assign a clear point of contact for communication

Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay service delivery without liability on Marsad Group LTD.


5. Revisions & Modifications

  • Revisions are provided according to the agreed scope of work.

  • Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional time and fees.

  • Immediate or same-day delivery requests are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.


6. Service Completion

A service or milestone is considered delivered when:

  • The agreed deliverables are shared or executed

  • Access to work or reports is provided

  • The service period ends (for ongoing services)

Non-response from the client after delivery shall be considered acceptance of the delivered service.


7. No Physical Delivery

Marsad Group LTD does not ship or deliver any physical goods. All services are digital and provided remotely.


8. Acceptance of Delivery Policy

By purchasing any service from Marsad Group LTD, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Delivery Policy.
